In the last 6 months I've moved away from eating pieces of fruit. Hold on, this is good! I now blend fruits and berries along with yogurt and juice, allowing me to add in a cocktail of spinach, chia, hemp, barley grass and powdered carrot extract. All these superfoods slip right past the taste buds and are very nutritious. Try experimenting with your own smoothie concoctions and tell us about them.
