Comments: I am visiting from Eat,Spin Run, Repeat. My Simple Switch was going vegan and now I will never look back.
Comments: I am switching from low fat plain yogurt to plain greek yogurt. I really love how the extra protein in greek yogurt helps you stay full for longer and I like that there is less natural sugar in greek yogurt. Also, I drink green tea twice a day but hate how much caffeine I am drinking from tea. So, I am only drinking 1 cup of caffeinated green tea and the other either decaffeinated green tea or some other herbal tea that doesn't contain caffeine.

Comments: I'm from Eat, Spin, Run, Repeat! One of the switches I've made recently was simply subbing regular caffinated coffee for decaf. I feel so much better now that I'm not depending on that cup of coffee to perk me up in the morning.
