Heard about Simply Switches from Eat, Spin, Run, Repeat and wanted to comment on a switch I am making in my own life. I have decided to switch up my workouts and sign up for some local races (5k). I have also cut out all beverages except tea and water and feel amazing :)

Hello!

I have recently taken up cooking and I have decided to switch my usual intake of meat six times a week to only three. I love cooking with other protein-based goodies (like beans, legumes, tofu etc.) and I have noticed I feel 100 per cent better.

PS: I also love reading Eat, Spin, Run, Repeat because it gives me a lot of great recipes that are delicious and healthy-Thanks Ang!
