i'm visiting from eat, spin, run, repeat. The simple switch I'm trying to make is to eat more vegetarian meals for better digestive health. I have a lot of digestive issues so meat can be really hard for me to handle. But so far, I can't seem to give it up quite yet. So I'm trying to take baby steps in the right direction!
